Prints

Cicero did few prints over the course of his career. The only print to survive from an earlier period is The Mammal (’53), a color woodcut that is an original and not part of an edition. The content of his prints is comparable to periods seen in his drawings, watercolors and paintings.

He did a series of lithographs in 1960, including Bird Lives, Baldwin’s Folly, Intelligence Machine, Where’s Charlie and Landscape with Airplane, that are in the collections of several museums  including: Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago, IL; Brooklyn Museum; Herbert I. Johnson Museum, Cornell University; High Museum of Art, Atlanta, GA; Mint Museum of Art, Charlotte, NC; San Diego Museum of Art, San Diego, CA; USC (University of Southern California),
